• A GHOST WAITS

It's a ghost story, part horror, part romance, part comedy, part
Philosophy 101. The rental property is haunted -- obvious from the
opening scene -- and the handsome young handyman sent to fix it up for
the next tenants apparently hasn't a friend in the world. And then the
lovely ghost appears, bent on driving him away.

Even though it was apparently made on the most threadbare of
shoestrings, it worked for me. I smiled a lot and laughed hard once.
FWIW, the song about the yellow dress deserves to be a top 40 hit, yeah,
OK, except for maybe he lyrics.

No record of it on Netflix, where can I find it?
